General Conditions of Sale (GCS) of Codidev

1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale define the conditions under which Codidev, a company specializing in the creation of websites and mobile applications, provides its services to its customers.

2. Services

Codidev offers services for the design, development, maintenance and optimization of websites and mobile applications. Each service is the subject of a detailed quote.

3. Order

Any order for a service follows acceptance of the quote by the customer, materialized by a signature or an electronic return of validation. Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices of the services are indicated in euros and are specified in each quote. A deposit of 30% is required when ordering. The balance is payable upon delivery of the project or according to a payment schedule agreed between the parties.

5. Delivery Times

The delivery times indicated in the quote are given for information purposes only. Codidev undertakes to respect these deadlines as far as possible. Any delays may not give rise to penalties or damages, unless specifically agreed between the parties.

6. Obligations of the Client

The client undertakes to provide all the information necessary to carry out the service within the agreed deadlines. He must also ensure the quality of the content provided (texts, images, videos, etc.) and guarantees that they are royalty-free.

7. Liability

Codidev undertakes to perform the service in accordance with the rules of the art and industry practices. However, Codidev cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, loss of turnover, or any other harm arising from the use of the services provided.

8. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights relating to creations made by Codidev remain the property of Codidev until full payment of invoices. After payment, the customer becomes the owner of the exploitation rights of the elements delivered, within the framework of a limited usage license defined in the estimate.

9. Maintenance and Support

Maintenance and support services are defined in the quote or in a specific maintenance contract. These services may be subject to additional charges.

10. Termination

In the event of a breach of contractual obligations, each party may terminate the contract after formal notice has remained unsuccessful for a period of 15 days. In the event of termination by the customer, Codidev reserves the right to retain the deposit paid.
